Can I change my order after checkout? Reach out within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to adjust size, color, or shipping address before it ships.
How do I track my order? Every order confirmation includes a tracking link once your package leaves our workshop, usually within 1–2 business days.
What if the frame doesn't fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, as long as the frame is unworn and in its original case.
Do you cover return shipping? Yes, on exchanges. Refund returns use a prepaid label with a small handling fee deducted.
